Peter Hall and Son Furniture Workshop

Peter Hall is a cabinetmaking workshop where visitors may watch furniture being constructed from hardwood-English oak, ash and elm, plus imported walnut, cherry, mahogany and hyedua. Small items such as bowls and lampbases are turned, and antiques are restored. Upholstery and design are extra services offered.

The furniture is inspired by 18^th and 19^th century tradition but modified to original designs. Two pieces are on show at the Ruskin Library at Lancaster University and another at the Armitt Library in Ambleside
