Ackenthwaite

Ackenthwaite is a small village by Milnthorpe, and its history is tied up with that of the larger town. Cumbria Fellbred Products in Ackenthwaite provides local fell bred lamb, beef, and pork and makes their own sausage. An old workhouse is in the village.
