Raines Hall Farm Park and Lakeland Maze

Play-area Raines Hall Farm ParkThe Raines Hall farm is a working farm with sheep, cattle and pigs. For visitors there are ferrets, alpacas, llamas, goats, horses, and a donkey to feed.

A special treat from July to September is the maize maze. It can take up to two hours to navigate. The maize changes from year to year so each time you come you can be baffled as to where it goes and how to solve it. Fortunately guides are provided within the maze to help you out, and, if you are truly lost, you can raise a flag to alert the staff. A mini maize is thoughtfully provided for the little ones.

Tractor ride Raines Hall Farm ParkTractor and trailer rides are another family favourite. Also on the farm are outdoor trampolines and giant draughts (called checkers in North America). Other treats include a petting barn, indoor karts, a climbing wall, a play area for little ones and a sand pit.

There is an indoor picnic area and a shop.
